Wanted to do something bold and modern. There was a moment in the middle of making this when it was not working and sliding toward dull. I persisted layering paint and the colors and composition just came to life with their own energy.

OMG! Look at you go. Duke has been creating very vibrant, large pieces lately. [He typically draws and creates with pencils, so it's been fun seeing the bold colors.] Maybe there's something in the air. Very pretty, V.
